I dreamt that I was in some haunted or mysterious hotel. It was only two stories tall, but was acting weird. Ben, Chris, and I were in the hallway, and we started chanting Mother Father Chinese Dentist over and over, faster and faster. I got so fast and hectic, that Ben thought I said Mother f***er, but I sternly denied it.
I got to the end of the hallway and was alone. I took an elevator upward, which no one had found before and got up to the fourth floor even though there were only two. There were tons of rooms, so I started checking them out. In each room, were art, some of which was pretty cool. I started taking some to keep, but realized I couldn't carry them all. On painting was about the lineage and evolution of wolves, people and cardinals. It had a certain species and then arrows point to the next step in evolution, or cross breeding, one being a wolf with a beak and cardinal head. Each was named, but I can't recall what any were.
I headed to the next room. And people were in it. There were cages, one with two pet rats. It was black and fuzzy like a Pomeranian. On the floor, there were tons of crickets which were pricking my feet. I asked if these were food for the rats, and the girl said she couldn't decide between that or keeping the crickets as pets. There was a millipede on the floor which was about two feet long, and it bit me.
I got out of there and looked at the stairs. I thought this was the coolest place and I wanted to come back and browse more, but since it was haunted I figured the Hotel wouldn't let me find my way back. There were a few stairs that led downward, but each seemed to contradict the other space wise. If I took one, the place I was walking should have taken up the same space as the stairs that went down on the other side. I kind up shifted around and saw reality flickering depending on which stairs I looked at. I finally just started barreling down the stairs, and this got set to a B52's music video. The whole band was sliding down the stairs in front of me until I got to the bottom.
At the bottom I saw the reception desk and some of the people I supposedly started the investigation with. I asked them how many floors there were, and the guy said two. I said I had visited the forth.
