I was on a building site, it was a 20 something story building in Toronto. We were touring the site for one of our classes and we were looking at the construction of the building and my teacher and the contractor supervisor kept agreeing on how poor the quality of the work was.
We walked up to the 17th story and were talking to one of the men who were responsible for installing the floors. While we were doing this the floor collapsed and we kept plowing through the floors below until we had all fallen to the ground.
It was crazy how real the sensation of falling felt. At the bottom I had a sore back but I was mostly ok. When I went to the hospital I was disappointed to find out that most people were ok and that there hadn't been any really serious injuries.
