Right as I was falling asleep, I had a dream that there was a ghost playing with my hand while I was asleep (at least I hope it was a dream)

And then in the dream I started to wake up and the ghost tried to disappear by going out of focus and out of sight, but I grabbed the hand so that it couldn't get away and that forced it back into focus. It was a young Asian woman, and she told me that she was someone I know but that she didn't look like that in real life. Then I really woke up and could feel my hand really gripping something, but it turned out to be the side of my face.
